25 Ramadan
alhamdulillah semester 1 exams are finally over! now im left with 3 more semester to graduation! counting down for that.. :)
this ramadhan has been a very fruitful one for me. beginning of ramadhan i've already set goals for myself and niat that i want to accomplish doing as many amal ibadah as i could regardless of how busy or tired i am. its not all about losing weight or having a huge feast for breaking fast. its about us being committed to our religion, its the time to bond with our families and one wonderful way is to break fast together and solat terawih with them. some people just treat ramadhan as a normal day where they do what they like any other days. its like god want to forgive our sins but we dont take this opportunity to get Allah's forgiveness. get it? pintu kemaafaan terbuka luas di bulan ramadhan tetapi ada masih manusia yang tidak mengambil kesempatan ini. *shakes head*
i thank Allah for giving me the strength to go through with life regardless of all those setbacks and disappointments. sometimes things dont work out as we wanted, things still change even if we're not happy with the changes made around us, people forget you and etc. despite of all that, im very thankful that im blessed to have a wonderful family and friends. :)
"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don’t. And believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said it would be easy, just that it would be worth it."
holding grudges and hatred has never been in my dictionary. whats the use of having those kind of emotions when you can simply love the ones who treasure you most. when things dont work out the way we wanted, just bear in mind that Allah has better plans for us. kita merancang tapi Allah yang menentukan. so dont be disheartened, dont be despaired because Allah knows best! :)
you know its sad that ramadhan is going to leave us in 4 days time. i dont know why but i dont feel the hari raya vibe or mood. ramadhan has been the month which i recite the quran the most and did alot of amal ibadah to earn pahala. i hope i can continue with this routine even after ramadhan has left. due to the busy schedule at school, i've always made an excuse that i have no time to recite the quran and neglected it. sometimes nak gi ngaji pun malas. subhanallah. im thankful im able to meet ramadhan and insyaallah panjang umur i'll be seeing the next blessed month next year. :')
"Allahumma innaka 'affuwwun tuhibbul 'afwa fa'fu 'anni"
Oh Allah certainly You are most Forgiving, You love to Forgive, so forgive me.
