today is officially 9 August. so happy 45th birthday Singapore. may you prosper and be a country worth staying in. but today is special not only because it's Singapore's birthday. there's one important person who shares the same birthday as Singapore. its my one and only mum, Intan Bte Mohammad. thankyou for giving birth to me and let me see the world. thankyou for taking care of me throughout my 18 years of living. thankyou for your endless love for me and the family. thankyou for sacrificing your time working to help the family. thankyou for the delicious food that you cook everyday. thankyou for being there for me whenever im feeling down. thankyou for being there for me when im sick. thankyou for the smile you gave to everyone as it brightens up everyone's day. thankyou for being an understanding mum. not like dad. :) thankyou for educating me about our religion. thankyou for being strict at times as you have shape me of what i become now. thankyou for the advices you gave me when i am in need of one. thankyou for the massages when i had an aching body. thankyou for reminding me about things i normally forget to do or bring. thankyou for nagging at me as it shows you care and wants the best of me. thankyou for forgiving all my mistakes/sins that i made to you. thankyou for being my pillar of encouragement and strength. thankyou for giving me two brothers that are really worth having. thankyou for everything. :)
