so got to wait for him at home while the rest of my family members go to mosque

kinda interesting.. it may happen to U..

The Bend in the Road

Since primary school,
Aaron has a major crush on Nadia.
To him, she's the love of his life.
Although he has feelings for her,
Nadia didn't know.
So Aaron thought it wasn't fated,
So he humbly let her go.


--------Primary School Ended--------

Then came secondary school,
Aaron found out that Nadia is in the same school.
To be precise,they were even classmates!
As time goes by, they got very close.
What Aaron felt for last time, was still alive in him.
So one day he decided to confess to Nadia,
What he felt, since those silly days.
Then coming to know he wasn't the only feeling so.
Coz Nadia too felt the same,
& they became lovers, and shaped their destiny,
Perhaps it was fated,and meant to be.


--------1 year passed--------

After O'Levels, they got different results.
Aaron went to Poly,
While Nadia entered JC.
Though they were apart,they were still near to their hearts.
Then came a day when Nadia graduated from JC.
& Aaron still has a year to go before graduating.
But fate turned cruel against them,
When Nadia's family decided to migrate to America,
To settle her dad's business, and to further her studies.
Though they say love solves anything, it can't save everything.
So they had to end their relationship,
Even though it's not what they wanted.


--------8 years then passed--------

Aaron is 25 years old.
As he looks at his white tuxedo,
He couldn't believe how fast time flies.
In a month's time,he's getting married,
Married to a lovely woman, named Julien.
They met at the airport,
When they mistakenly took each other's luggage.
After that, they fell in love, and started dating.
After 3 years of courtship, they finally want to settle down.


--------2 weeks passed--------

Perhaps fate had a change of plans,
When 2 weeks before the wedding,
The love of Aaron's life, Nadia,
Came back to him.
She decided to return back to Singapore,
As there is where her happiness lies.

Aaron was shocked, but happy.
Though he loved Julien,
Nadia was the love of his life.
She was the one he really wanted.

So he was left with 2 choices:

Either,
1) Julien ( His love saviour)
2) Nadia (The love of his life)

After much thinking, he followed his heart,
And decided to go back to Nadia.
But fate had cruel plans once again,
and he found out 2 very shocking truth.

1) Nadia has a 4 year old daughter, but is a widow.
2) Julien is pregnant with his child.

After much delibrate thinking,
Aaron decided to be responsible,
and chose Julien, as his wife.
Aaron's love was once there but she left.
But now when she's back,
He has asked her to leave once more.


--------10 years later--------

10 years has passed,
Aaron and Julien had a wonderful life.
A big bungalow, luxurious life and car,
and a healthy son, Lucas.
Aaron thought that this is his destiny,
But once again, fate was cruel and changed it.

One day, Lucas met with an accident.
He was admitted into the hospital,
After a minor surgery, he was saved.
Then one faithful day,
The doctor called Aaron to his office.
Aaron thought Lucas could be discharged,
But no, fate has other plans.
The blood sample taken from Lucas,
Doesn't match with Aaron's.
In other words, Lucas is not Aaron's son.

So for 10 years,
Aaron has loved another's child,
A child who's a mistake,
When Julien had fun with other men.

For 10 years,
Aaron showered his love,care and concern.
Bought the child toys,clothes and education.
Only to found out he wasn't his, to begin with.

With too much pain in his heart,
He left the hospital.
He decided to find some peace.


--------14 years ago--------

Whenever Aaron felt down,
Nadia would bring him to a tree,
On a hill, vast of green grass and colourful flowers.
There their problems will go away,
And peace will be on their minds.
Buried under the ground,
Was a glass bottle, with tiny stars in it.
The bottle represents life,
And they could write whatever they want to,
About truths, and honesty.
As Aaron lied on the grass, he decided to dig up the bottle.
After much digging,
He found it, still the same state as it was.
He opened the bottle, and found a piece of paper.
He laughed while reading it,
As it was his confessions,
That he loved Nadia, and skipped classes and stuff.
Then he turned the page over,
To read what Nadia has written.
To his horror and disbelief,
He found out a very terrible truth.
The child that Nadia carried with,
Was actually Aaron's own flesh and blood.
She didn't leave Singapore for her dad's business,
or studies, but to go far away,
Far enough to save both their pride and honour,
When they were still young at that time.
As the wind blew gently,
Tears roll down his cheek.
Now everything is ruined and gone,
Nothing is left but himself.
What should he do?
